Adult Activie Programs

At Sineha Adult Psychosocial Rehabilitation Center, we believe that engaging in meaningful and enjoyable activities is a crucial part of the healing process. Our programs include art and music therapy, mindfulness and relaxation sessions, exercise programs, and gardening to promote physical health, emotional balance, and mental stimulation. Social activities like group outings, game nights, and movie screenings foster community, while educational workshops and support groups empower residents with new skills and resilience. These diverse activities are designed to enhance overall well-being, encouraging social interaction and providing a fulfilling, supportive environment for all residents.

Plantation Programs

At Sineha Adult Psychosocial Rehabilitation Center, our Plantation Program plays a vital role in promoting well-being and recovery. Residents engage in gardening and horticultural activities, cultivating various plants, vegetables, and flowers. These activities provide physical exercise, reduce stress, and foster a sense of accomplishment and connection with nature. The programme also encourages teamwork and social interaction, as residents work together to tend the garden. Additionally, the fresh produce harvested is often used in our cooking classes, promoting healthy eating. Through our Plantation Programme, residents experience therapeutic benefits and contribute to a sustainable, nurturing environment.

Religional Programs

At Sineha Adult Psychosocial Rehabilitation Center, we incorporate Buddhism into our therapeutic approach, recognising its profound impact on mental well-being. Our programmes include meditation sessions, mindfulness practices, and teachings based on Buddhist principles, which help residents cultivate inner peace, reduce stress, and develop emotional resilience. Regular Dharma talks and group discussions provide spiritual support and foster a sense of community. By integrating Buddhism into our care plans, we offer residents a holistic path to recovery, blending spiritual growth with psychosocial rehabilitation to promote overall well-being and harmony.
